Following a parade from Borough Hall to the Major League Field (first time in about 15 years), the Hasbrouck Heights Little League held its 63rd Opening Day Ceremony on Saturday, April 16, 2016.
HH Little League President Ken DeBaun officiated, and thanked the sponsors, managers/coaches, etc., who make the League a success.
The National Anthem was sung by Lauren Cappadona. Pat and Liz Fass were recognized for their years of service as well as Thomas Mason. Mayor Jack DeLorenzo threw out the first pitch.
The Little League Pledge was given by Tommy Capozzi, Jake Diaz, Ryan Connolly and Trey Armonaitis. The League has 33 teams and over 360 kids. ###
